Wes brings 26 years of built environment experience, 17 years in architectural practice and 9 years in Tier 2 and Tier 3 construction delivery environments.
That dual background gives him genuine end-to-end project insight. He assesses design decisions not only for intent and compliance, but for how they will be priced, approved, staged and built.
Wes is recognised for identifying hidden value and delivery risk early, uncovering documentation gaps, approval exposure, cost pressure points and buildability constraints before they affect feasibility, margin or programme.
With more than $2B delivered across multi-residential, mixed-use and government-aligned housing, Wes brings a calm, analytical and commercially focused approach to complex projects. His approach is outcomes-driven, commercially grounded, and focused on protecting value and supporting reliable delivery.
